Please be advised that all prospective buyers & tenants MUST be accompanied by a Realtor when viewing a unit.  Also there can't be any showings on the weekends before 12:00 noon. To access the Community Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., if the prospective is not in the same vehicle as the realtor, they will pull up directly in front of the gate and at the call box the realtor will press “001”, the phone will ring into the office, access will be granted for the prospective client and then the realtor will again press “001” and access will be granted.  After hours and on the weekends after 12:00 p.m., the realtor will need to call Security & their cell number is 239-250-0101.  At no time will a prospective buyer or tenant be allowed through the gate without a realtor with them, nor are they to be given the directory code or the cell number.
